PROJECT MANAGEMENT APMSA CERTIFICATION

Make PM Part of Your Educational and Leaderships Skills Set

Often academic programmes fall short of essential knowledge areas and processes because there is a weak management framework underlying the academic curriculum.

APMSA applies a unique 3-dimensional methodology in its training approach that assures high levels of functional competence. Most PM methodologies, uses the dimensions of (1) Knowledge and (2) Experience to develop PM Skills. However, these two dimensions does not guaranteed the success of complex projects and therefore APMSA also uses the (3) Behavioural dimension in its management framework.

The behavioural dimension ensures that the project manager does not only have knowledge and experience, but that he or she also has the personal attributes to lead and manage a project team into the successful delivery of project goals.
